Ernie Young's "Offender"

Ernie says that someone "overseas" was responsible for adding a galvanized coil sprung chassis, Range Rover engine, suspension and drivetrain, Defender body panels, a competition roll cage and fuel cell.

OK!

He bought it "as is" in February 1998 with the engine not in running condition.
