Classic Land Rover Drivers'
Club
Brazil
Brazilians do not always get
a chance to enjoy cold weather. So, since it is winter there
at the moment, a group of Land Rover Series owners got together
for a pic-nic at the top of one of the highest mountains of
the Bocaina Chain. Located in between Rio de Janeiro and Sao
Paulo, it made it possible for Series I, Series II and Series
III Land Rover owners from both cities to get together.

They climbed a total of 2000
meters, taking with them a selection of cheese, wine and cold
cuts for a night pic-nic. The Series Land Rovers performed
well, with only minor glitches.
The group plans to get together
for other trips, the only rule to join being that your Land
Rover must be more than 20 years old. The club, which is still
being formed, has the support of Landscape and LandRio, the
two Land Rover dealers in Rio de Janeiro.
