Shah, is assistant secretary for the Land Rover Owners Club of Malaysia and has a wealth of offroading experience. Adik has been modified to better cope with the demands he and Walis make of her.

Amongst the modifications to this Series 3 are: 109 front axles and Salisbury rear; heavy duty springs and shocks; power steering; Simex Centipede 32x9.5x16 tyres; larger master brake pump and servo unit.
