Cylinder heads are remanufactured to the manufacturers standard specifications and are available on an exchange or outright sale basis. Castings are crack and pressure tested, shot-blasted and skimmed - then fitted with new guides, valves, springs and pre-combustion chambers for diesels. Petrol cylinder heads are converted to allow the use of lead free fuel. Cylinder heads are supplied fully assembled. Visit the automotive website for more details.

Remanufactured Engines

Automotive Component Remanufacturing Ltd's remanufactured engines are available as either stripped or 3/4 units usually ex stock. Ancillaries such as clutches, starters and distributors can be added as extras as required. In most cases engines can be specified with the ACR's own performance tuning components from a mild Stage 1 Cylinder Head to a full motorsport unit.
