Links on this page to previous homepages which featured Series Land Rovers may describe details of vehicles that may now be under different ownership. If you are the current owner of one of the vehicles featured and would like to update us on the vehicle's activities then please contact us. Some original owners set up their own websites focussing on their vehicle. Some of these websites no longer exist however.
In August 2008 Paul Walton's 1952 Series I 80" was featured. Originally from a military backgrouind, Mildred underwent a number of transformations under Paul's care since she came into Paul's ownership in 2007. Paul is still club secretary in 2018 but whether Mildred is still in his care is presently unknown.
In September 2008 the ongoing restoration of Derek Spooner's 86" Series 1 Land Rover Station Wagon was featured.
The Oct/Nov 2008 UK homepage featured Andrew Neaves' 1948 Series 1 with Brockhouse Trailer. This very early Series I Land Rover has mostly original parts and even the trailer is pre-1955. Andrew is still the CCMSA coordinator for the Association of Land Rover Clubs (ALRC) whose website is ALRC.
In the January 2009 UK homepage we featured Steve Graham's 1970 Series III Diesel Land Rover. This special vehicle was the first RHD Series III to be produced. Read more about it on the archived homepage.
